• Customer support and consultation

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our services are provided on a per-lead basis with pricing ranging from $40 to $60 per qualified lead, depending on the advertising channel and targeting requirements. Payment terms are as follows:

• No setup fees or monthly minimums required
• Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4. Lead Quality and Qualification

We define a qualified lead as a prospect who meets the specific criteria agreed upon during the onboarding process. This includes but is not limited to:

• Demographic and geographic targeting parameters
• Budget and purchasing intent indicators
• Genuine interest in your products or services
• Valid contact information

If a lead does not meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their business and target audience
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

6. Data Privacy and Protection

7. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and materials provided by LakeshoreLane remain our exclusive property. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for their intended business purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

LakeshoreLane's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable. Clients will continue to receive leads for campaigns already in progress.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in Odessa, Texas.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
